A quantum job is a single circuit submission to any backend, regardless of shot count. For example, submitting a Bell pair circuit with 1,024 shots counts as one job. Batch submissions where multiple circuits are bundled into a single API call also count as one job per circuit in the batch.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Yes. We offer 50% off all plans for verified academic institutions and researchers. Contact us at academic@epochcoreqcs.com with your institutional email and a brief description of your research. Verification typically takes 24 hours.
Your jobs are never interrupted. Overage jobs are billed at $0.02 per job on the Starter plan and $0.01 per job on the Professional plan. You can set hard limits or usage alerts from the dashboard to avoid unexpected charges. Enterprise plans have no overage charges.
